PRACTICAL AND EASY GUIDE

Lip Balm

How to use it: apply generously as needed, mainly in chilly winter months. Store in a cool and dry place, avoid leaving the jar in the sun.

The aluminum jar can be reused and creatively transformed: think before you throw it away! After washing it well, you can use it in the kitchen as a spice organizer, useful as a travel earring holder or it can simply be reused as a small container for creams or makeup removers, very convenient for traveling.

Try to improve your daily behavior, reduce waste and give your cosmetic containers a second chance and you will avoid them ending up in the trash.

Natural cream deodorants

How to use it: just apply a small amount (like a grain of rice) directly to the armpit area and massage gently for a few seconds. It can be picked up more easily with the nail upside down or with the handle of a teaspoon. It is also suitable for the most sensitive and recently waxed skin.

Being a natural cream deodorant and mainly made up of ingredients like shea butter and coconut oil, it can have a different texture depending on the seasons: softer in summer and more compact in winter. If you prefer a firmer consistency, you can keep it in the fridge during the hottest periods.

The containers, in aluminum or glass, can be reused and transformed in a creative way, think before you throw them away! After having washed them well, you can use it in the kitchen as a spice organizer, convenient as a travel earring holder or simply reuse as small containers for creams or make-up removers, without having to carry the original jar and thus choosing the quantity suitable that you will use during the travel days.

Hand and feet cream

The emollient and antibacterial properties of beeswax, along with the moisturizing and anti-inflammatory properties of marigold oil, make this cream perfect for dehydrated and very dry skin. Its use is also recommended for the most delicate skins, such as those of children.

How to use it: being a cream without water, and therefore without preservatives, its consistency is very concentrated. We recommend that you put a small amount on the affected area and spread it with a light massage. For greater effectiveness, apply the cream to your hands and feet before going to bed, cover them with gloves and cotton socks and leave it on overnight. In the morning, the skin will be soft, regenerated and hydrated.

Glass jars can be reused and creatively transformed – think before you throw them away! After a good wash, they can be used in the kitchen as spice jars, or they can become perfect jars for the little succulents in your home.

Body cream

Beeswax and coconut oil deeply hydrate and glow, without weighing it down.

How to use it: being a cream without water, and therefore without preservatives, its consistency is very compact. For this reason, we recommend taking a small amount and spreading it over the entire body with a light massage. In addition, we recommend applying it preferably after the shower, with the skin still damp, to give you a sweet pampering and also facilitate its application and absorption.

Body oil

The synergy between almond oil, marigold oil and beeswax helps the skin to be nourished and supple, without weighing it down.

How to use it: we recommend applying the oil after the shower, with the skin still damp, all over the body, face and even on the ends of the hair if they are very dry. It is right after showering that the pores of the skin open, making it easier to apply and absorb the oil.

Toothpastes

Natural toothpastes WITHOUT fluoride

How to use it: spread a small amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush, gently brush the teeth with rotating movements and finally rinse with water. Being a natural toothpaste, free of surfactants (foaming agents), it does not foam much, but this does not compromise its effectiveness, far from it.

Among our toothpastes, “Blanco Jonay” is not contained in a tube, but in a convenient glass container with a dispenser that allows you to avoid the waste of plastic containers. In fact, once the toothpaste is finished, you can buy the replacement and, by cleaning the pump well with hot water to remove any residue, you can reuse it in the new replacement.

The glass container can be reused and creatively transformed, think about it before sending it for recycling!

Solid shampoos

Switching to a natural solid shampoo is a “transition” that requires some time and patience. The hair, in fact, must get used to this change and must be “free” of chemicals (parabens and silicones) that, with the use of conventional shampoos over the years, have remained on the scalp, depriving it of its natural oils. .

In principle, it is a subjective change and through the continuous use of natural products a great satisfaction can be obtained. Let yourself be advised on the most suitable shampoo for you, and if you don’t find the right one on your first purchase, don’t give up! Every solid shampoo is different, the ingredients and their properties change.

How to use them: wet the hair well and pass the soap directly on the scalp, leaving the shampoo to act for a few minutes. For a sustainable shower, always remember to turn off the water tap while soaping up: you can save from 6 to 8 liters of water per minute!

Little foam may be generated during the first wash. We then advise you to massage the skin well, rinse and proceed, if necessary, to a second wash. You will have to get used to this change and understand how much shampoo to use based on the density of your hair.

After shampooing, we recommend using a solid conditioner to nourish and hydrate hair.

Storage: if you want your solid shampoo to last longer, do not leave it in contact with water. Just put it in a soap dish with small holes for the water to come out and, if possible, keep it out of the shower to avoid moisture.

Curiosity: a solid shampoo differs from a liquid shampoo, not only by its shape, by the natural ingredients and by the absence of plastic containers, but also by the pH.

In fact, the pH of the skin is much more acidic than the pH of a solid shampoo; For this reason, sometimes, we can notice that the hair is drier. You can simply balance the pH with a little apple cider vinegar, citric acid, or lemon juice. You will have your own homemade natural conditioner! Be careful with the doses, if you overdo it with the vinegar you can get the opposite effect!

If your hair needs even more hydration, we recommend using the solid conditioner, letting it act for a couple of minutes and then proceeding with the rinse.

Solid conditioner

How to use it: we recommend its use after solid shampoo. With wet hair, pass the soap directly from the middle to the ends, leave for a few minutes and then rinse with water. If your hair is short, just apply it to the ends. For a sustainable shower, always remember to turn off the water tap while soaping up: you can save 6 to 8 liters of water per minute!

The solid conditioner is ideal for dry hair that needs softness and nourishment.

Storage: For a solid conditioner to last longer, remember not to leave it in contact with water. Just put it in a soap dish with small holes for the water to come out and, if possible, keep it out of the shower to avoid moisture. During hot periods, we recommend you to store it in the refrigerator.

In addition, it can happen that, during the transport phases, the cardboard boxes containing the hair conditioners get stained. Don’t be scared, this is due to the presence of oils inside the product.

Hair mask

Avocado oil is ideal for hydrating and nourishing damaged hair and making it stronger, healthier and shinier.

How to use it: we recommend applying the “Bee Avocado” mask 1 or 2 times a week. Apply to damp hair and leave on for at least 30 minutes.

For very frizzy and dry hair, let it act for at least an hour, wrapped in a towel. After the posing time, rinse with water and then proceed with the normal shampoo. If necessary, reapply a second shampoo.

Glass jars can be reused and creatively transformed – think before you throw them away! After a good wash, they can be used in the kitchen as a spice holder, or they can be made into perfect jars for little succulents to keep at home.

Try to improve your daily behavior, reduce waste and give your cosmetic containers a second chance. You will prevent them from ending up in the trash.

Solid body soaps

Solid soap, in addition to being made with natural ingredients, is respectful with the environment, since it is free of preservatives and chemical additives. Each soap has different properties, so we recommend that you choose the one that best suits your skin type.

How to use them: pass the soap directly on the body, rub well and finally rinse. For a sustainable shower, always remember to turn off the water tap while soaping up: you can save 6 to 8 liters of water per minute!

Solid shaving soap

It is a solid, natural and ecological shaving soap, very easy to use!

How to use it: moisten the soap and pass it on damp skin. This will create a creamy lather that will allow the razor to slide easily. After shaving, rinse your skin with warm water.

Being very delicate and moisturizing, it is suitable for all skin types and excellent for shaving any part of the body: from the beard to the armpits, passing through the legs.

For the most sensitive skin and the most delicate areas, we recommend that you apply pure Aloe Vera gel after shaving. Thanks to its soothing and emollient properties, it helps to relieve burning sensations and redness and, at the same time, hydrates the skin.

For example, you can add it to flavor soups (not hot) and salads; it is perfect with fruit and vegetable smoothies or in yogurt, or simply infused in your favorite herbal tea.

The recommended daily dose is 2 to 5 gr.

Alternatively, you can find Moringa in capsules. The recommended daily dose is 4 to 6 capsules.

It is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
