SHIPMENT

We ship all over Europe. Shipping costs vary according to the quantity of products purchased and the country of destination. The published prices are inclusive of taxes.

Your fragrant package will arrive comfortably at your home. We will check all shipments daily and where necessary, we will intervene for you in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will receive all the delivery steps by e-mail and at any time you can follow your order with the tracking number.

All prices of the products include tax.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made via:

• PAYPAL: you can pay using this payment method even if you do not have a PayPal account, but with your card in an easy and safe way. All major credit cards are accepted.
• BANK TRANSFER: at the time of ordering you can select this payment. The order will be processed and shipped only after the transfer has been credited to our current account. If the transfer confirmation is not received after 5 days, the order will be canceled.

Failure to collect the product, stock as well as non-delivery for the wrong address will be charged to the customer.

Shipments to Spain and Italy are free with orders over 75€.

Rest of *Europe free shipping from 135€.

Failure to collect will be charged to the customer.

There will be a € 3 charge for disadvantaged caps.

Failure to collect or fail to deliver due to an incorrect address will be charged to the customer.

RESIDENTS IN THE CANARY ISLANDS

Furthermore, if you are a resident of Tenerife or are here on vacation, in addition to having dedicated prices, we will deliver your natural products directly to your home, without any shipping costs!

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipments are made throughout Europe with deliveries from 3-5 working days up to 20 working days depending on the country of destination.

All shipments registered from Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Shipment takes place via an external company, so we cannot guarantee the timing or quality of the service from pickup in the warehouse to your home.

RETURNS

The return has a cost equal to that of shipping and is charged to the customer.

If you have any doubts about the products, we recommend that you contact us before making a purchase, in order to help you in your choice and so as to limit the environmental impact of transport.

To make the return it is necessary to write an e-mail to info@nivariacanarias.com with the following data:

• Name and surname
• Telephone number
• Order number
• Description of the products you want to return
• Reason for return with relative photos

Before proceeding with the return of the return, we will send you by e-mail the instructions necessary for the return, the authorization of the return and the procedure to follow.

If the returned products are not intact, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money.

It is not possible to return for afterthought.

We advise you not to accept our packages if, upon delivery, they appear wet, damp, opened or damaged. In these scenarios, refuse the courier the goods and write us promptly by e-mail to info@nivariacanarias.com.

PACKAGING – HOW WE SHIP

“Recover as much as possible, to avoid unnecessary waste”. This is the philosophy of our Nivaria Canarias project.

It is very important for us to recycle as much as possible and reuse boxes and envelopes that are still in excellent condition, to create new artisanal packaging. Occasionally you may also find bubble wrap plastic packaging, also recycled from other supplies, to wrap the most fragile products.

So, don’t be surprised if you get a not-too-perfect package with our products. We apologize in advance if it does not fully meet your expectations, but we are convinced that what really matters is the content, with its genuineness, naturalness and fragrance!

For us it is a small gesture to safeguard the environment around us and for the good of future generations.
